Coffee Plus Return & Cancellation Policy

At Coffee Plus, we aim to provide freshly roasted coffee and high-quality equipment with a smooth purchase experience. Please review our cancellation and return terms carefully before placing your order.
1. Cancelling an Order
- Please contact Customer Care via email (info@coffee.plus) or phone (+91-98111 22565) to request a modification or cancellation.
- Coffee Orders: As all coffee is roasted on demand, cancellations are not possible once processing has begun or the order has shipped.

Equipment & Accessories:
- Pre-orders / Special Requests: Cannot be cancelled as these items are procured specifically for you.
- In-stock Items: Cancellations are possible prior to processing. Refunds will be initiated within 2 working days by Coffee Plus (note: your bank may take 7–21 days to complete the transfer).
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Payment gateway charges (2%–3% + GST each way, depending on your bank/payment mode) will be deducted.
2. Returning Items After Shipping
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of shipping by contacting Customer Care (info@coffee.plus | +91-98111 22565).
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- All return arrangements (courier/shipping) must be made by the customer at their own cost.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected. Deductions apply as follows:
- ₹200 for orders below ₹5,000
- ₹500 for orders ₹5,000 – ₹10,000
- ₹1,000 for orders ₹10,000 – ₹20,000
- ₹2,000 for orders ₹20,000 – ₹35,000
- ₹2,500 + 25% of product value for orders above ₹35,000
- Additional ₹2,000 handling fee for orders above ₹50,000 (ewaybill administrative charge)
- Refund amount will depend on the product’s returned condition, less applicable deductions.
3. Non-Acceptance of Deliveries
Refusing, avoiding, or failing to accept delivery may be treated as a de facto cancellation and will attract charges as per the above schedule.
4. Damages & Losses in Transit
The liability for damages, loss, or other issues during transit is limited to coverage provided by the carrier. Free shipping does not include insurance. Customers who require insurance must arrange it separately.
5. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes, if any, are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.
