Coffee Plus Shipping Policy

At Coffee Plus, we pride ourselves on freshly roasting and shipping instantly so you receive your coffee at peak flavour. Please read below to understand our shipping, returns, and service terms.
1. Shipping
- We have partnered with trusted courier services to deliver products across India.
- Orders received before 11:AM IST are usually roasted and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM IST are processed the next working day.
- Our courier partners deliver on most days of the week, but delivery on Sundays or national holidays is not guaranteed.
- Delivery will be attempted two times. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. Refunds will be issued after deducting a restocking fee:
- ₹200 for orders below ₹5,000
- ₹500 for orders ₹5,000 – ₹10,000
- ₹1,000 for orders above ₹10,000
- Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, flight/courier delays, political disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If you face a delay, contact our support team with your order details. We’ll arrange assistance at no extra cost. However, Coffee Plus is not liable for compensation in cases of courier delays.
- International Shipping: Currently not available. For bulk/wholesale international orders, contact info@coffee.plus.
- Responsibility Post-Delivery: Once you receive your order, you assume responsibility for the title and risk of loss.
2. Returns & Goods Policy
For returns related to machines, grinders, or accessories (repairs/upgrades):
- Contact Coffee Plus Support via email/phone with details (order ID, invoice, issue).
- Our team will verify details within 2 business days.
- After approval, we will arrange courier pickup and share a shipping label.
- Customers must pack products securely in original packaging (nominal fee may apply if missing).
- Once returned, our team will inspect and appraise the condition.
- Repair/upgrade costs (if any) will be shared before proceeding.
- If not approved, the product will be returned to the customer.
- Once approved and paid, repaired/replacement products will be shipped back within 2 business days.
3. Service & Spares (Machines & Equipment)
- All Coffee Plus machines include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects (from invoice date).
- Customers may raise service tickets via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- Service engineers are based in key metro cities. For other regions, customers may need to ship machines to the nearest service centre.
Warranty Covers:
- Service engineer’s visit fee (in-warranty products).
- OEM defective parts.
Not Covered:
- Electrical failures outside manufacturer warranty.
- Consumables and wear-and-tear parts.
Charges (if out of warranty):
- Visit fee: up to ₹2,500 per visit.
- Spare parts & consumables billed at actuals.
- Transport charges borne by the customer.
