4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India (and select international locations).
  • Delivery timelines are estimates. Coffee Plus is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping provider.
  • Insurance: Free shipping does not include insurance. Buyers are responsible for arranging additional coverage if required.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Returns and cancellations follow our Returns & Refund Policy, available on our Website.
  • Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time unless otherwise stated.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

  • We aim to provide accurate product descriptions (coffee beans, subscriptions, equipment, accessories).
  • Flavour notes and tasting descriptions are subjective and may vary.
  • Product availability, especially microlots and seasonal coffees, is limited and may sell out quickly.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Coffee Plus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or use).
