      What is meant by Electronic adjustment of burrs positioning?

      Thanks to the patented Electronic Adjustment of burrs, the burrs distance is specified in micron on the touch screen. The Barista will know the burr distance very precisely & can adjust it as needed, by both touching the screen and rotating the knob.

      What is the warranty and service process?

      The Prometheus comes with a one-year Coffee.Plus warranty against manufacturing defects. Our in-house technical team is trained to support and service these elite machines.

      How long will it take to get it?
