    A carefully calibrated Filter Roast is used to perfectly showcase the unique pineapple note. This roast profile preserves the coffee's inherent sweetness and balances the bright fruitiness with complementary notes of caramel and toasted nuts.

Born in the lush Baarbara Estate of Chikmagalur, these beans undergo a daring pineapple fermentation, where the fruit’s natural sweetness fuses with the coffee’s character to create something extraordinary. The result is a cup that bursts with tropical brightness — juicy pineapple at first sip, softened by the clarity of coconut water and lifted with a hint of lemongrass. Odyssey is a journey to faraway shores, a reminder that every sip can carry you beyond the ordinary and into discovery.

      Brewing this Tropical Delight

      Espresso: Pulls a stunningly bright and tropical shot. The pineapple note is front and centre with a syrupy body.
      Flash Brew (Iced): Sensational iced. Brew a hot concentrate over ice with a pour-over to lock in the vibrant pineapple and coconut water notes.?
      Pour-Over (V60/Chemex): The best way to enjoy it hot. Highlights its juicy sweetness and the subtle lemongrass finish.
      Cold Brew: Creates a super smooth, sweet, and pineapple-forward cold brew. Use a coarse grind and steep for 12 hours.
      Let it Cool: The pineapple and coconut water notes become even more distinct as the coffee cools.

      No, there are no artificial flavourings. The pineapple flavour is 100% natural, derived from fermenting the coffee beans with fresh pineapple fruit.

      It has a bright, fruity acidity, similar to that of fresh pineapple, which is balanced by a lovely caramel sweetness.

      It is exceptional as an iced coffee (flash brew). When served hot, a pour-over is the best method to appreciate its unique flavour profile.

      This is an experimental micro-lot with very limited availability. We highly recommend trying it while it's available.
