    This is our classic 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta blend, taken to a deeper level. The beans are roasted to a Vienna Roast, past the Full City level, to develop a heavy, rich flavour profile that is bold yet exceptionally smooth.

    Our Dark (Vienna) Roast shows some oil on the surface of the beans, a hallmark of this roast level. This process mutes acidity and unlocks profound dark chocolate notes, creating a rich, smooth, and powerful cup.

    If you love a strong, dark, and flavourful coffee that stands up beautifully in a cappuccino or latte, this is the blend for you. It delivers that classic, rich coffee experience with a smooth finish and no harshness.

        While it is a bold coffee, our Vienna roast is designed to be smooth and rich, not bitter. We focus on developing dark chocolate notes rather than a burnt or charcoal taste.

        This is the same blend of beans but roasted darker. It has a heavier, richer flavour, more pronounced dark chocolate notes, and lower acidity than the medium-dark House Blend.

        In an airtight container at room temperature. Avoid the fridge or freezer, as moisture can damage the beans and their precious oils.
