    From the Baba Budan Giri Hills, where Indian coffee began, comes this stellar bean from Kalledevarapura Estate. Grown at 1,250 MASL under a dense canopy of fig and jackfruit trees, these beans are meticulously washed and soaked to create their signature sweet, clean profile.

    We recommend a Medium (City+) roast to perfectly balance the bright, lemony fragrance with a deep, nutty sweetness. Expect delightful notes of caramelised citrus, milk chocolate, and sweet raisins.

This SLN 795 varietal is grown at a high altitude of 1,150-1,250 metres, shade-grown under fig and jackfruit trees which impart a subtle complexity. Our meticulous washed processing method ensures a cup that is intensely sweet, clean, and bright.
