After selective picking, the coffee undergoes a unique "Dual Fermentation"—once before and once after pulping, for a total of 34 hours—then is slow-dried on raised beds for 12 days to enhance its clarity and sweetness.

    A Medium roast is the ideal profile for this coffee, perfectly developing the milk chocolate and nutty notes while preserving the delicate sweetness of the caramelised citrus. The result is a clean, balanced, and exceptionally smooth cup.
