    From the celebrated Karadykan estate, these beans are grown at a cool 1350-1400 metres. This coffee undergoes a unique 37-hour fermentation with lactobacillus and pichia cultures before being washed and slow-dried for 15 days, creating its remarkably clean and fruity character

Each sip feels like unlocking a chamber of flavour - first the lively fruit, then the soft florals, finally the sweetness that lingers like gold in the dark. For the drinker who seeks both adventure and grounding, Kazad is treasure in a cup. This cultured natural process is as rare as the mountain halls themselves. Claim yours while it lasts.

      Brew it your way, taste its full spectrum

      Whether you love pour-over clarity, espresso intensity, or the richness of French press, Kazad Karadykan adapts beautifully to every method.

      Best Served: Black
      Pour-Over (V60/Chemex): Use water at 92-94°C. A medium-fine grind will highlight its crisp acidity and floral notes. Aim for a 2:30-3:00 minute brew time.
      Aeropress: A fantastic choice for bringing out the fruity sweetness. Try a 2-minute steep with a fine grind.
      Espresso: Pull shots a little longer (28-32 seconds) to balance the acidity and bring forward the rich chocolate and caramel notes.
      French Press: A coarse grind and a 4-minute steep will yield a full-bodied cup with a focus on its brown sugar sweetness.
      Grinding: Always grind just before brewing for maximum flavour.
      Storage: Store in our airtight bag in a cool, dark place.

      The Kazad Classic Pour-Over: Brew 20g of coffee with 300ml of water at 93°C using a V60. Bloom with 50ml for 30 seconds, then pour the rest in circles, finishing at 2:45. Expect crisp acidity, fruity notes, and a clean finish.
      Cultured Iced Latte: Pull a double espresso of Kazad, then pour it over ice and 150ml of cold milk. The result is a smooth, creamy drink that highlights the coffee’s caramel and chocolate base.
      Spiced Banana & Coffee Smoothie: Blend 60ml of chilled Kazad coffee with a ripe banana, yogurt, honey, and a pinch of cinnamon. A nutritious drink where the coffee’s banana and caramel notes shine through.

      We live by our freshness guarantee. Your coffee is roasted only after your order is confirmed and is dispatched from our roastery within 24 hours

      Should I buy whole beans or ground?

      We always recommend whole beans for peak flavour. Grinding just moments before you brew makes a world of difference. We can grind it for you if needed.

      How do I store the coffee once opened?

      Simply squeeze the air out, seal our bag tightly using the zip-lock, and store it in a cool, dark cupboard. Avoid the fridge or freezer.

      How long will a 200g bag last?

      A 200g bag will yield approximately 10-12 cups of coffee, depending on your brewing method and strength preference. Perfect for about two weeks of daily brewing
