      At Coffee Plus, we named this coffee Atlas because it feels like opening a map to uncharted taste. This rare Wush Wush varietal, grown in Colombia’s Finca La Cinta, is an odyssey in the cup. Expect wild black cherry, fragrant jasmine, and a wine-barrel depth that unfolds as the coffee cools. The Washed process sharpens its clarity, while our medium-light roast highlights its vibrant acidity and fruit-forward complexity.       Brew Like a Pro

      Pour-Over (V60/Chemex): The ideal method to explore its complexity. A medium grind reveals its floral jasmine and black cherry notes.
      AeroPress: For a clean cup with a concentrated, wine-like body. A 2-minute steep with a medium-fine grind works wonders.
      Espresso: Pulls a uniquely bright, fruit-forward shot with a stunning aromatic profile. Dial in carefully to balance its vibrant acidity.
